As a Sterile Processing Supervisor, you will play a vital role in planning, directing, and organizing departmental services. You will oversee all resources and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital requirements. Your leadership will guide the development of policies, procedures, and training programs, fostering a collaborative environment with Surgical Services and other departments.

• Assist department leadership with broad operations to ensure comprehensive services
• Coordinate and oversee organization-wide departmental services
• Demonstrate responsible management of all departmental resources
• Ensure staff professional needs are met and lead by example
• Develop and implement policies and training for team members
• Maintain communications and relationships with Surgical Services and other departments
• Need 2 years experience in setting
