Dexian is seeking an HR Associate for a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ or Dallas, TX. You will support pre-employment screening, onboarding, benefits coordination, and HR policy administration to ensure consultants are ready to work with our clients. You will partner with Travel, IT, and Account Executives to deliver seamless onboarding, accurate data, and proactive care during the first month and beyond, while upholding Dexian’s standards and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
