Services Preventative healthcare for adults Sick care Well-child checks Adolescent health Immunizations Women’s health Nutrition counseling Screening tests Physicals for sports, school, employment, and insurance Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma Practice Hours Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm Job Qualifications Family Medicine APP (NP/PA) Licensed in North Carolina 2-plus years of experience Education, Licensure & Certification Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program. Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina. Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.
