Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client. Overview We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for a freelance opportunity to support large-scale digital creative experiences and paid media creative initiatives. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end program management across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination between Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Analytics, Technology, and Client teams. This individual will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital creative campaigns and paid media assets across channels while driving operational excellence, timeline management, resource coordination, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex integrated marketing programs while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. A strong background in digital creative production, paid media creative development, and cross-functional team leadership is essential. Expertise with Smartsheet is required, as this role will leverage Smartsheet for project planning, resource management, reporting, workflows, and stakeholder visibility. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management for digital creative experiences and paid media creative initiatives across multiple channels and platforms. Manage complex projects and programs involving creative development, paid media assets, websites, landing pages, display advertising, social creative, video, email communications, and related campaign deliverables. Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource allocations, and status reporting using Smartsheet and other project management tools. Partner closely with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and business objectives. Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, stakeholder reviews, working sessions, and executive updates. Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks while developing contingency plans when needed. Manage project scope, governance, change requests, and delivery processes to ensure projects remain on time and on budget. Drive operational excellence across creative workflows, approvals, asset production, paid media creative delivery, and campaign launches. Ensure project documentation, timelines, status reports, and communication plans are maintained accurately and consistently. Utilize Smartsheet to create project schedules, dashboards, resource plans, risk logs, workflow management systems, and executive reporting. Monitor project health, team progress, and delivery milestones, escalating issues when appropriate and driving resolution. Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication, ensuring key decisions, next steps, and action items are clearly documented and communicated. Partner with discipline leads to support staffing needs, workload management, and resource forecasting. Support process improvement initiatives that drive greater efficiency, collaboration, and delivery excellence across teams. Foster strong cross-functional relationships and a culture of accountability, transparency, and teamwork. Qualifications 5+ years of project or program management experience within a digital, creative, marketing, media, or agency environment. Proven experience managing complex digital creative programs and integrated marketing initiatives from project kickoff through final delivery. Experience supporting digital creative experiences and paid media creative development across channels including display, social, video, CRM, email, websites, and landing pages. Strong understanding of creative production workflows, campaign development processes, and agency operations. Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, including project planning, reporting, dashboards, workflow management, resource planning, and timeline tracking. Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Jira, Confluence, Box, Microsoft Teams, and similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to develop detailed project plans, manage dependencies, and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, operational processes, and delivery frameworks. Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Ability to decompose large programs into executable workstreams and transform multiple team estimates into actionable delivery plans. Experience partnering with Creative, Media, Analytics, Technology, Production, and Client Services teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
