Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Flint, MI! This is a 3 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Location: Flint, MI 48505 Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $25/hour (Based on experience & education qualifications) Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and specimen collection procedures for patients of all ages, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures. Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties. Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures to ensure specimen labeling accuracy. Maintain accurate records and required documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements. Create a positive patient experience by explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns professionally. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Demonstrate professionalism and organizational commitment when interacting with patients, clients, and colleagues. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible. *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
