How You'll Make An Impact In This Role
- Patient Intake and Care Coordination: Welcomed visitors, managed check-in/out workflows, and scheduled patient appointments to maintain an efficient clinic schedule.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Verified and updated demographic records while processing medical release requests in strict compliance with privacy regulations.
- Insurance Optimization: Secured necessary insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time to minimize coverage denials and delays.
- Revenue Cycle Management: Processed and submitted daily clinical procedure charges while managing point-of-service co-payments.
- Financial Reconciliation: Balanced daily financial logs, processed credit transactions, and reconciled cash drawer deposits with high accuracy.
What Minimum Requirements You'll Need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
