- Manage, deconflict, and facilitate meeting and travel schedules for USSF executives
- Assist in the management of directorate workflows: assign, close, update, and track taskers received via TMT, email, or discussion.
- Provide staffing support required for daily management of FIELDCOM S-staff
- Other general administrative responsibilities
Education, Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (6 years' work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree)
- Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
- Ability to brief/interact with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians
- Time management and ability to multi-task
Preferred:
- MAJCOM or FIELDCOM Staff Experience
- TMT Workflow Management Experience
- Recent (~2 years) DTS experience
- Active DoD TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
