Therefore, we require that all associates receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors or Masters Degree in occupational therapyEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experienceLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current California Occupational Therapy LicenseLICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current CPR course completionQUALIFICATIONS: A valid California drivers license when travel is requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Able to organize and monitor the work of othersQUALIFICATIONS: Able to work independently with minimal supervisionQUALIFICATIONS: Analytical and diagnostic ability capable of interpreting patient physicians orders for occupational therapy patients and developing an effective treatment plan as neededQUALIFICATIONS: Evidence of automobile insurance when travel is requiredQUALIFICATIONS: Positive, affirming phone speaking manners

Required Qualifications Occupational Therapist, Acute Licenses: OT-CA Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) AND Occupational Therapist, Outpatient SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history
