Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met while fostering a positive and accountable team environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate work for 25 2nd shift production personnel to meet daily and weekly production goals Ensure adherence to safety policies and promote a strong safety-first culture Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently achieved Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions as needed Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement Manage staffing levels, schedules, and employee attendance Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and logistics Track and report key performance metrics such as productivity, scrap, and downtime Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Business or other related field 1+ years of Production Supervisor leadership experience in manufacturing Continuous improvement and root cause analysis experience Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting What We Offer Competitive annual salary range of $85,000 – $95,000 Opportunities for career growth and advancement Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) beginning on the first day of hire Supportive team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
