We are hiring an experienced Lead Medical Assistant to join our busy, multi-location medical practice. This position requires flexibility and the ability to travel to all office locations based on staffing needs. Ideal candidates are dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Allergy shot room full-time position

• Administer injections, medications, and treatments per protocol
• Prepare and clean exam rooms following infection-control standards
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
• Deliver excellent patient service and maintain professionalism
• Travel between multiple practice locations as scheduled
• Answer Phone messages

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in a medical office
• Ability and willingness to travel to all office locations (required)
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of patient care workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR)

Preferred Qualifications

• CMA or RMA certification (preferred, not required)
• Experience in specialty practices (Allergy, ENT, Primary Care, etc.)
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience a plus
