Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide direct support to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in the Redding, CA area. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build meaningful life skills.

Responsibilities

* Provide 1:1 behavioral support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
* Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
* Collect and document accurate data on client progress
* Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
* Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
* Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
* Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
