Position Summary
We are hiring a Behavior Technician to join a dedicated team providing ABA services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Redding, CA. In this role, you will work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans while receiving ongoing guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings
* Follow individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
* Record session data and monitor client progress
* Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills
* Implement positive behavior support strategies to encourage client success
* Maintain communication with supervisors and caregivers regarding progress and goals

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience working with children preferred
* RBT certification preferred or willingness to complete certification
* Ability to remain patient, dependable, and professional in a variety of settings
* Strong communication and organizational skills
