What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with hematology/oncology diagnoses, primarily acute leukemia
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias, utilizing EPIC charting system
• Manage patients with IV therapies, PICC lines, and blood product administration
• Assist with patient falls prevention and infection control protocols
• Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams and healthcare team for patient safety and care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection prevention standards
• Support patient education and family communication as appropriate

What You Need

• Valid Ohio R.N. license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience, preferably in hematology/oncology or telemetry units
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, and dysrhythmia interpretation

• ONS Chemo Certification and NIHSS familiarity
• Experience with PICC line management and blood draws
