Legal Assistant

Responsibilities Support attorneys with CA litigation matters Prepare and file state and federal court filings, including e‑filings Manage litigation calendaring and deadlines in accordance with court rules Assist with pleadings, including tables of contents and tables of authorities Proofread and format legal documents and correspondence Provide administrative and litigation support across multiple matters and teams Requirements 5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e‑filing Experience with litigation calendaring and deadline tracking Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Experience with iManage or similar document management systems Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with CompuLaw, Best Authority, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and CCC Macros is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in litigation support, including preparation and filing of court documents, managing litigation calendars, and proficiency in document management systems. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast‑paced legal environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
