Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Steadily growing firm with strong financial backing from an international brokerage, specializing in the middle market sector seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors, manufacturing, and restaurants, while contributing to the growth and success of an organization.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business averaging $8–10 million, with account sizes ranging from $20,000–$30,000.


• Handle a mix of quoting new business (25%) and renewing existing policies (75%).


• Work with a variety of account types, including contractors, manufacturing, restaurants, and generalist accounts.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure seamless service delivery.


• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and maintain client satisfaction.


• Support the agency’s growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a small agency environment.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
