Job Summary

A well-established and stable insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager/Assistant to join a growing team in Montgomery, AL. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in account management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with our commercial lines team to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from small businesses to large market clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary : Starting at $65,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.


• Assist with quoting new and renewal business, maintaining a balance between both.


• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service to clients.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and process transactions.


• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.


• Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of solid account management experience in the insurance industry, preferably within an independent agency.


• Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems.
