Palmetto Preschool-Northchase is seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Assistant Infant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you'll work alongside an experienced lead teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Position Details

• Full-Time, Year-Round
• Consistent Schedule
• No Nights or Weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily care of infants, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines
• Provide loving, responsive care that supports healthy development
• Engage infants through age-appropriate play, interaction, and sensory experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Communicate professionally with families and coworkers
• Follow all licensing regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants or young children is preferred but not required
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing
• Strong communication skills
• Must meet North Carolina childcare licensing requirements
