Warehouse Team Member I

Location: Onsite

Pay:  $21.00 per hour

  Schedule: Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

 

Responsibilities include:

• Pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick tickets with speed and accuracy.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, sizes, and units of measure.
• Inspect, quality check, and carefully pack outgoing shipments.
• Meet daily shipping and productivity goals.
• Receive incoming shipments and identify discrepancies.
• Stock, organize, and rotate inventory.
• Replenish warehouse supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse best practices.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
• Work overtime when business needs require.

 

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse, distribution, or related work experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Basic math and number recognition skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a production driven environment.

 

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse position that requires employees to:

• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
• Frequently bend, reach, kneel, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
• Frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
• Occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.
• Safely handle materials while meeting productivity expectations.
• Work in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels.
