Loan Support Analyst Sr - Specialty (Commercial Agency Servicing)

As a Loan Support Analyst Sr - Specialty within PNC's Agency Servicing organization, you will be based in Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; East Brunswick, NJ; or in Pittsburgh, PA. Hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am EST – 5:00 pm EST. Strongly preferred qualifications include experience supporting Agency and Commercial Lending products, with particular emphasis on syndications, and the demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and apply credit agreements. Advanced proficiency in Excel is also strongly preferred, including the use of VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formula creation, accrual calculations, spreadsheet analysis, and the ability to perform manual calculations when required. This role influences partners and lines of business to drive effective solutions and positive outcomes, often navigating escalations independently or with minimal manager involvement. The Loan Support Analyst Sr participates in coaching, and training initiatives; contributing to maintaining accurate procedures and job aids; and represents the team on organizational or cross functional projects by identifying, advancing, and supporting process and system enhancements. Responsibilities include communicating professionally and independently with customers and internal partners, addressing most business as usual challenges, escalating issues appropriately with sufficient detail, and independently problem solving while providing thoughtful recommendations. The role requires a strong end to end understanding of Commercial loan processing, systems, and associated impacts, as well as the ability to identify potential risks, gaps, and control weaknesses within processes to support continuous improvement and operational integrity. In this role, you will service Commercial Agent loans, and review complex servicing events such as paydowns, amendments, syndication activity and reconciliations. Job Description Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions. May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements. Directly interacts with high revenue/high profile corporate and/or commercial real estate clients. Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to complex deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements. Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions. Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels and applicable procedures. Determines whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations is required Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities. May serve as a subject matter resource and may provide specialty product training. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
