Own invoicing & billing: generate/send client invoices, track due dates, follow up on late payments. Handle reconciliation: match transactions, reconcile bank/credit card statements weekly. Maintain clean books: categorize expenses, attach receipts, keep vendor/client records current. Produce simple reports: weekly cash-in/cash-out snapshot; month-end P&L export for leadership/CPA. Qualifications 1–3 years of small-business bookkeeping (agency, production, or creative studio a plus). Comfortable with QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Excel, and receipt tools. Detail-driven, trustworthy with sensitive financial data, and clear communicator. Nice to have: Familiarity with Texas sales tax basics and 1099 vendor management.
