A rewarding opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital. This contract position is based in the Boise, Idaho area, offering a Monday through Friday day shift schedule. Candidates should be prepared for an ASAP start with a commitment of at least 13 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians through consultative practice
• Manage pharmacokinetics monitoring and dosing adjustments
• Utilize Cerner electronic health records for medication management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Idaho pharmacist license or ability to obtain it promptly
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred, particularly in acute or rehab settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacokinetics and drug therapy management
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills

Location:This assignment is located near Kuna, Idaho, with easy access to the Boise metropolitan area.
