Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73108
Pay: $23+ hourly, depending on experience
Employment: Full-time, Direct Hire

Position Summary
Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to produce aerospace components using carbon fiber, fiberglass, aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and honeycomb materials.
Responsibilities
- Load raw materials and install cutting tools and tool holders.
- Set tool lengths, machine offsets, and work offsets.
- Indicate parts and fixtures; prove out and run CNC programs.
- Read blueprints and interpret dimensions and tolerances.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
- Monitor machining operations and verify finished-part quality.
- Deburr and clean parts; maintain a safe, organized workspace.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of CNC machining experience.
- Hands-on experience independently setting up and operating CNC equipment.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, tool lengths, and work offsets.
- Ability to read blueprints and work within specified tolerances.
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
- Basic computer skills.
