Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and strengths, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and safety planning when necessary, providing immediate support during acute mental health issues.

• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Lead group therapy, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to encourage community involvement and peer support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
