Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders in terms of intensity, frequency, and duration, to create an accurate assessment of their situation.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ needs, goals, and preferences, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care strategies to foster resilience and independence.

• Track client progress meticulously, assessing and adjusting treatment plans in collaborative discussions with clients and other care team members.

• Participate in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain confidential and accurate records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client privacy and adherence to regulations.
