Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set specific goals and interventions to measure progress and effectiveness.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy to support clients' healing process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide seamless support and coordinated care for our clients.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster a community among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for clients facing immediate risks or emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions are properly recorded and monitored.
