Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport through professional, empathetic engagement while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) valid in New Jersey.

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and delivering both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Basic computer proficiency, including effective communication through digital platforms.

• Previous experience providing telehealth services, particularly with adolescent and young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
