Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client while promoting adherence to prescribed treatment regimens.

• Utilize community resources and public health agencies to connect clients and their families to external support options, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of treatment.
\n
• Lead psychoeducational classes and support groups aimed at enhancing community understanding of mental health topics and encouraging active participation in treatment plans.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress consistently, adjusting treatment strategies based on feedback and clinical outcomes during staff conferences.
\n
• Report safety concerns or mandated reporting instances to appropriate agencies ensuring a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

• Supervise Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, and other clinical staff, when applicable and within the guidelines of supervision courses completed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Demonstrated ability to work in compliance with departmental standards and regulatory agencies while prioritizing patient confidentiality and care quality.
