Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual and family counseling to address mental health needs related to a variety of issues including stress, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of government and private payer networks to facilitate appropriate care transitions for your clients.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure effective coordination of care, particularly for clients navigating complex health systems.

• Advocating for clients and their families, ensuring that patient rights are upheld and that their needs are addressed through appropriate referrals and services.

• Utilizing electronic medical records efficiently to document client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and streamline communication within the therapeutic team.

• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to review cases and share insights that help refine care strategies.

• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards related to reporting and handling vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
