Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and strengths.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to foster client healing and resilience.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear and achievable goals with clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Deliver crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as needed to ensure client safety.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to empower clients with knowledge and support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
