Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trustful relationships with clients to ensure an open and effective therapeutic dialogue.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to identify underlying mental health issues and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress through scheduled check-ins, therapy reviews, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care and referrals as needed.

• Document and maintain accurate patient records adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.

• Provide support and education to clients and their families regarding coping strategies and mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Employees who work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for full benefits, which include:
