Our customers include many of the largest utilities, telecom, construction, forestry, oil, and rail companies in the United States and Canada.We are seeking Service Technicians / Mechanics with a background in hydraulics maintenance and repair.Heavy Equipment Electrical, Hydraulic, Diesel backgroundCTOS Equipment: Boom Trucks / Cranes, Bucket / Dump Trucks, Digger Derricks, Utility Trucks & more.7:00 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday, OT as needed.Pay based on experience, over-time as needed, healthcare plan, paid time off, 401k match, training, uniforms safety-boot and glasses allowance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Background in hydraulic fluid power troubleshootingBackground in pneumatic tool troubleshootingElectrical, schematic / blueprints, hydraulic, welding, and related experienceExperience with Quick Serve, DTNA, and other diagnostic software.DOT, ANSI, and Dielectric testing.Assess, diagnose, repair, and/or replace damaged or worn parts for a variety of utility equipment manufacturers.Operate and inspect machines to diagnose defects.Fit bearings and overhaul mobile mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.Diagnose faults using pressure gauges, flow test equipment, and calibration devices.Rebuild gearboxes, outriggers, and boom lift cylinders.Perform initial inspections, diagnostics, and parts requisition.Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using appropriate tools.Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly.Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and vehicles.Ensure all equipment meets quality and safety standards.Maintain accurate records of parts, services, and labor.Submit work/repair orders for approval.Maintain professionalism and collaborate with team members.Perform other duties as directed in a professional manner.Adhere to best practices for a safe work environment.Attend monthly safety meetings.Basic Qualifications:High School diploma or GED.Three years related experience.Must hold a valid driver's license.Must have your own tools.Mental/Physical Requirements:Positive attitude, professionalism, punctual attendance.Ability to work in various environmental conditions.Physical capability for lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment.Benefits:401(k) with Employer MatchTwo Health Care Plans to Choose from and (Vison, Dental, Prescription Drug)Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug, Life InsurancePaid Holiday, Vacation, SickSTD/ LTDPartner DiscountsInvestment in Employee DevelopmentTuition ReimbursementEmployee Referral ProgramCustom Truck One Source is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
