Client Services Coordinator

Full time | Long Term Opportunity

$19.25/Hr

What We Need in This Position

A highly organized, client-centered administrative professional who can lead day-to-day front desk operations, ensure consistent intake workflows, train and support front desk staff, and maintain high-quality service standards. This role coordinates client access activities but does not formally supervise staff.

Skills & Qualifications We're Looking For

Advanced customer service and communication skills
Strong leadership presence without formal authority
Experience in front desk operations, client services, or administrative coordination
Ability to train and coach others
Strong judgment and ability to de-escalate or triage client needs
Excellent accuracy in data entry and documentation
Comfort using structured intake workflows and learning new systems
Experience in community services, housing, social services, or healthcare front desk work is highly valued
