IT Account Manager Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Be the main point of contact for a group of business clients
- Build strong, long term relationships based on trust
- Lead regular checkins, meetings, and business reviews
- Coordinate client projects from start to finish
- Manage contract renewals and ongoing services
- Work closely with our technical team to solve problems and keep clients happy
IT Account Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, IT, or project work
- Strong communication skills (you're comfortable leading meetings)
- Organized and able to juggle multiple clients and projects
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
- Understanding of IT systems (networks, computers, or tech services)
- Team player who can also work independently
- Preferred: Previous IT or project management experience Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field
- Applicant may be subject to a background check

- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
