Here's a job description for this new hybrid office support and marketing role:About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to keeping our painting projects running smoothly from start to finish. The Production Associate will support our production team in the field and serve as the point of contact for resolving job site issues as they arise.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. This role involves daily communication with Spanish-speaking clients and crew members, and the ability to translate job scope and expectations clearly is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the production team with day-to-day painting project coordination and executionIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve job site issues (JSS) in a timely and professional mannerCommunicate job status updates between field crews, project managers, and office staffEnsure job sites are properly set up, stocked, and compliant with company standardsConduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with crew leads to address scheduling conflicts, supply needs, or customer concernsDocument job site activity, incidents, and resolutions accuratelySupport a positive customer experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionallyWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience in painting, construction, or a related trade (preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feetExcellent communication skills — both with field crews and customersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneouslyReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to work outdoors and in varying weather conditionsTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive attitudeCompensation: $21.00 per hourOpportunity is knocking.
