Sr. Manager, R&D AI Solutions & Analytics

Position Summary Sr. Manager, R&D AI Solutions & Analytics. Design, develop, and scale analytics and AI solutions to strengthen decision-making, optimize clinical development operations, and deliver actionable portfolio insights. Partner with R&D leaders, Digital/IT teams, and external vendors to deliver analytics products, dashboards, intelligent workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities. Primary Responsibilities Design and deliver analytics and AI-enabled solutions for Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Portfolio Strategy, and broader R&D. Develop and scale dashboards, operational metrics, and analytics products to improve visibility into clinical/operational performance. Support implementation/expansion of AI-powered use cases (clinical operations copilots, enrollment analytics, workflow automation, decision‑support tools). Translate high‑value R&D business opportunities into analytics/AI solutions with stakeholders. Contribute to rapid prototyping, proof‑of‑concept development, and innovation initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities. Drive adoption and continuous improvement via performance measurement and user feedback. Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/Skills Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or related field. 6+ years developing and operationalizing analytics or AI-enabled solutions in pharmaceutical/biotech/regulatory healthcare. Hands‑on experience building analytics data products, dashboards, and decision‑support tools. Experience in regulated R&D environments (clinical, safety, or regulatory data). Working knowledge of CDISC and FHIR. Experience applying analytics in biopharma/healthcare/technology. Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
