Mold Utility - A Shift

Becton Dickinson seeks a Mold Utility operator for A Shift manufacturing in Columbus to produce Posiflush syringes while maintaining equipment, quality standards, and a clean work environment. The role involves monitoring operations, transporting materials, stocking production lines, and performing quality inspections.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production operations for quality and equipment performance throughout shift
- Transport materials between molding areas and storage to maintain workflow
- Stock production lines with raw materials and molded components as needed
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning of machinery, work areas, and floors per GMP requirements
- Conduct quality inspections, process tests, and record data accurately per protocol
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Two years manufacturing experience in lieu of high school diploma
- Proficient documentation and communication skills
- Proficient teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Basic organizational skills
- Ability to read, write, and converse in English
- Regular and punctual attendance
