Mold Utility C - Shift

Becton Dickinson seeks a Mold Utility C operator for its Columbus molding facility on a rotating 6AM–6PM shift. The role involves quality testing, material handling, documentation, and support of medical device manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional, functional, and visual quality checks on molded products
- Document production data, defects, and statistical sampling results
- Pack and label finished products; manage inventory cycle counts
- Transport raw and finished materials using various equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement teams, 5S initiatives, and operator training
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 years manufacturing experience if no diploma
- Proficient organizational and written/oral communication skills
- Proficient math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
