As an Account Representative with Team BB, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the continued growth of our agency.

This position offers a balance of customer service, relationship management, and sales. You'll assist existing customers, help resolve concerns, identify coverage needs, and confidently introduce products and services that may benefit them.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service: Respond to questions about policies, coverages, billing, claims processes, and account updates with professionalism and care.

• Build and strengthen customer relationships: Establish trust through consistent communication, proactive follow-up, and personalized service.

• Identify sales opportunities: Recognize customer needs during everyday interactions and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.

• Contribute to agency growth: Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, schedule appointments, and work toward established sales goals.

• Support customer retention: Help customers understand their coverage, address concerns, and maintain positive, long-term relationships.

• Manage customer requests: Process policy changes, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-through on outstanding matters.

• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are addressed.

• Continue learning: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen insurance knowledge, customer service skills, and sales confidence.
