Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle orthopedic products in San Diego. The role involves developing clinical relationships with surgeons, expanding the customer base, and driving sales growth through product expertise and territory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital staff to grow accounts
• Provide case coverage and intraoperative support during surgical procedures
• Educate healthcare providers on proper product utilization and clinical applications
• Manage territory sales calls, inventory, and administrative duties to achieve revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years, or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years
• Ability to work in operating room and laboratory environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel
• Pass background investigation including driving record review
• Willingness to relocate to San Diego area
