Billing and Accounts Receivable Administrator Location: Rockland County, NY DTM Installations provided pay range This range is provided by DTM Installations. Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr DTM Installations is seeking a dependable and detail-driven Billing & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation, while also supporting administrative functions within the office. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in billing and collections, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Schedule Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Process daily invoices based on service and installation tickets Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Handle collection calls, emails, and formal past-due notifications Enter and maintain billing records in accounting software Respond promptly to customer billing inquiries via phone and email Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare aging reports Maintain accurate records of payments, adjustments, and disputes Support administrative tasks including document preparation, scanning, and filing Assist with financial reporting and internal audits when required Coordinate with technicians and project managers to resolve billing discrepancies Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business a plus 2–5 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable (preferably in service or installation industries) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with QuickBooks, Sedona, Podium or similar accounting software preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with great attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information Benefits Health and Dental Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Seniority Level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Security Systems Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DTM Installations by 2x.
