- $22.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience
- +$3.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift
- Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Overtime is frequently available on Fridays
- Operate laser cutting machines to produce quality metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Set up and adjust machine settings for accurate production
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with the production team to meet daily goals
- Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment or similar CNC machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
- High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus)
