2nd Shift Laser Operator - Direct Hire

Fort Wayne, IN

Pro Resources is hiring a Laser Operator for a well-established manufacturing company in Fort Wayne, IN. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you'll be hired directly by the employer from day one. If you have experience operating laser cutting equipment, enjoy working with precision, and take pride in producing quality parts, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule

$22.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience
+$3.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift
Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Overtime is frequently available on Fridays

What You'll Do

Operate laser cutting machines to produce quality metal parts
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Set up and adjust machine settings for accurate production
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work with the production team to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For

Previous experience operating laser cutting equipment or similar CNC machinery
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting
Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently
High school diploma or GED (technical training is a plus)
