Shape the future of surgical care on our 2nd Shift team

Join us as a Multi-Axis Mill‑Turn CNC Machinist and help manufacture high‑precision medical instruments and implants. You’ll set up, run, and care for advanced mill‑turn equipment while holding tight tolerances, documenting quality, and keeping safety at the forefront.

Shift

2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM -or- 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

A day in the life

• Own machine readiness: complete setups and changeovers, load tools/fixtures, and verify offsets for multi‑axis CNC mill‑turns.
• Keep production moving: operate and monitor equipment, perform burr removal, and use finishing tools to meet spec.
• Dial in programs: troubleshoot and debug CNC programs, making on‑the‑fly adjustments and tool changes to optimize results.
• Build to print: read and interpret blueprints, inspection check sheets, and work instructions with absolute accuracy.
• Validate quality: perform in‑process and final inspections with calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, and other precision gauges.
• Run by the numbers: use ERP and machine monitoring systems to launch work orders, record production, and log electronic quality checks.
• Improve every day: contribute ideas that raise quality, increase efficiency, and protect on‑time delivery.

What you bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required); advanced technical training preferred.
• 3+ years in precision manufacturing; strong CNC mill‑turn background preferred.
• Proven skill setting up, troubleshooting, and operating multi‑axis CNC equipment.
• Proficiency in GD&T and Blueprint Reading .
