Property Manager

Local Commercial Real Estate Development and Investment Company is looking for a Property Manager position. The candidate must be able to take direction and run with it, think outside of the box, be willing to do any task, give 100% to everything, and do whatever it takes to get the job done effectively and efficiently. Pennmark Management Company Inc. leases and manages 5 million SF of commerical properties in nine states. The commercial Property Manager’s primary responsibility will be to manage properties by administering all tenant leases and maintaining good tenant relations, maintaining all aspects of the physical property in first class condition in accordance with the operating budget, and providing periodic reporting to the landlord on the properties physical condition. You will be able to manage multiple tasks, complete all tasks on schedule and within budget, and be able to maintain “firm-but-fair” landlord-tenant relationships. Responsibilities: Supporting the property and corporate strategic plan Knowing and understanding property financials including historical trends and variance analysis Maintaining the common area to specified company standards Identifying efficiencies and participate in sustainability initiatives, as applicable Supporting the execution of Leasing, Specialty Leasing, Development and Marketing activities.
