\nJob Description: \n
\nManages behavioral health care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow up. Prescribes, directs, and administers psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat substance abuse disorders.\n
\n
\nCollaborates with providers, social workers, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress.\n
\n
\nProvides behavioral health staff oversight. Evaluates effectiveness of counseling or treatment plans and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses and modifies diagnoses and treatment plans as necessary. \n
\n
\nBC Psychiatry\n
\nFellowship trained in SUD or has a special interest in SUD\n
\n
\nEHR AthenaOne\n
\n
\n12-14 patients/day\n
\n
\nAll outpatient, no call\n
\n
\nMonday-Friday 40 hours/week\n
\n
\nNew Grads $280k-$290k, \n
\nSomeone with 2-5 years experience $310k-$330k, \n
\nSomeone with 5+ years $330k+\n
\nComp plan depends on if Provider is looking for sign-on bonus, relocation package.\n
\nClient offers 1-5 year contracts for permanent employment\n
\nIf Provider has loans they usually match the contract with the number of years left on the loan with the repayment program they get them into\n
\n
