Job Title: Electronic Lab Technician (Hardware Engineering Lab Technician) Location: Santa Clara, CA What's the Job? Support daily operations and maintenance of the Multi Business Engineering (MBE) product labs in Santa Clara. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software used by research teams. Document hardware setups, best practices, and manage lab inventory effectively. Assist in troubleshooting hardware components, network issues, and power distribution units (PDUs). Collaborate with remote teams to resolve lab‑related technical challenges efficiently. What's Needed? Deep understanding of data center management and hardware troubleshooting. Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Experience with asset management tools like GLPI and hardware testing procedures. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
