SUMMARY

The Employee Talent Coordinator owns the full employee life cycle for the agency's caregiver workforce — recruitment, onboarding, orientation, continual training, and offboarding — while helping to develop and maintain a positive, supportive agency culture. Working closely with the Owners and HR, the Employee Talent Coordinator ensures the agency consistently attracts, prepares, engages, and retains high-quality Care Professionals.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of computing hardware and software, including web-based recruiting and applicant tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and human-relations skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Program coordination, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, training, or a related people-focused field preferred.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

WORK HOURS & LOCATION

• Part Time — 24 hours per week to start, growing to Full Time as the agency grows.
• Onsite position; no remote work.

Daytime business hours, with occasional evenings/weekends for interviews, orientations, and training events.
