Position Summary The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This critical leadership role requires a hands-on professional who can develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, manage a skilled maintenance team, and ensure maximum equipment uptime while maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will leverage CMMS technology, particularly HIPPO CMMS, to optimize maintenance workflows and drive operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations Management Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of maintenance technicians and support staff Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance operations, including equipment uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance costs Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing operations Respond to emergency breakdowns and implement rapid response protocols to restore operations quickly and safely CMMS and Technology Management Serve as the primary administrator for HIPPO CMMS, ensuring accurate data entry, work order management, and system optimization Utilize CMMS to track maintenance history, analyze failure trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement Develop and maintain comprehensive equipment databases, including technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and spare parts inventories Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment performance for senior management review EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Journeyman, Tradesman, or technical college graduate. Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and previous supervisory experience essential. 10+ years or more related experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
