Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions focused on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring proper record-keeping for all therapy sessions.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss client progress, and partake in continuous professional development.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources and expand service accessibility within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will involve working with a diverse client population from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age demographics. As a mental health counselor, you will develop an understanding of the unique challenges they face and provide tailored support, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and cultural competence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active State Licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, demonstrating your eligibility to practice in the Washington state.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy in mental health or behavioral health settings.

• Demonstrable proficiency in assessment administration, treatment plan development, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
