We are seeking dependable individuals to join a food manufacturing production team. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting safe and efficient production operations.
Job Duties
- Operate bottling and packaging line equipment according to established procedures
- Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Move raw materials and finished products within the production area
- Rotate between multiple workstations as needed to support production requirements
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
- Perform quality inspections and identify product defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all workplace safety rules and company policies
- Assist with general production, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording production information
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 37 pounds
- Ability to work safely while maintaining productivity standards
- Full-time position
