Job Full Description

Food Manufacturing Assembly Line Worker

We are seeking dependable individuals to join a food manufacturing production team. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting safe and efficient production operations.

Job Duties

Operate bottling and packaging line equipment according to established procedures
Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
Move raw materials and finished products within the production area
Rotate between multiple workstations as needed to support production requirements
Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards
Perform quality inspections and identify product defects or issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all workplace safety rules and company policies
Assist with general production, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording production information
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday
Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 37 pounds
Ability to work safely while maintaining productivity standards

Schedule

Full-time position
Third Shift
