Dental Hygienist

Role Overview: A Dental Hygienist provides exceptional patient care, promotes oral health, and supports the clinical team. You will work autonomously with mentorship opportunities, delivering preventive and maintenance services while building community relationships. Responsibilities: Perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and educate patients on oral health. Collaborate with team members and utilize advanced dental technology to ensure quality care. Current dental hygienist license in MO and relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical records CPR certification Experience with dental technology (preferred for experienced candidates) Strong communication, attention to detail, and a growth mindset Key Duties: Provide comprehensive hygiene care, support patient education, maintain documentation, and participate in continuous learning through mentorship and training programs. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations, lift up to 45 pounds, and attend periodic training.
